Compliance and Formal Obligations
The obligation to comply with formal obligations are the legal duties that, without being pecuniary in nature, are imposed by law on the taxpayer in relation to tax application procedures (duties of declaration, accounting, invoicing, use of the tax identification number, information, etc.).
